Saudi Chemical Holding Company announces the start of the necessary stages of constructing a complex project for the manufacture for military explosives and materials by one of its companies (Saudi Chemical Company Limited) after completing the preparation of its strategic plan and obtaining the required licenses from the concerned authorities, at a total cost estimated at more than one billion riyals on over the next five years. The project will be funded through self financing ,Bank loans and from financial facilities from the Industrial Development Fund.It is expected that the first operation and production will start during the first half of 2021 and this will contribute positively to the results of the company. Any material developments in the future will be disclosed as soon as they are available.

تعلن الشركة الكيميائية السعودية القابضة عن البدء في مراحل إنشاء مشروع مجمع لصناعه المتفجرات والمواد العسكرية تابع لإحدى شركاتها والمملوكة بالكامل (الشركة الكيميائية السعودية المحدودة) وذلك بعد الانتهاء من إعداد خطتها الاستراتيجية والحصول على التراخيص المطلوبة من الجهات المختصة، وبتكلفة اجماليه تقدر بأكثر من مليار ريال على مدى الخمس سنوات القادمة، علماًانه سوف يتم تمويل المشروع من خلال قروض و تسهيلات ماليه من صندوق التنمية الصناعية، بنوك تجارية و مصادرذاتية. و من المتوقع أن يبدا اول التشغيل و الانتاج خلال النصف الأول من عام ٢٠٢١م وسوف يسهم ذلك ايجابا على نتائج الشركه بإذن الله. وسوف يتم الإفصاح عن أي تطورات جوهريه مستقبلًا حال توافرها.
